When you install and use the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:

• Shop Information: Your shop's domain name, email address, and general settings required for app functionality and billing.
• Product Data: We access your product catalogs, variants, and inventory levels strictly to track expiration dates, manage batch quantities, and apply automated hide/discount actions as configured by you.
• Store Owner Contact Info: We use your email strictly for sending automated lower-inventory/expiry reports and critical app updates.

We DO NOT collect, access, or store your end-customers' personal information, addresses, or payment details.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App's core functionality.
• Process automated background tasks (like hiding or discounting expired products).
• Send you automated email reports regarding your expiring inventory.
• Provide technical support and respond to merchant inquiries.
• Process Shopify Billing subscriptions.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may disclose your information only:

You can uninstall the App at any time from your Shopify admin, which immediately revokes our access to your store's data. If you wish for us to permanently delete any historical settings or batch data associated with your store from our databases following an uninstall, please contact us. We comply with Shopify's mandatory webhooks for data erasure (GDPR/CCPA compliance).
